We understand that every client is different and each home is unique. We take the time to listen to your wants and desires so we can make your dreams come true.
All clients receive a critical path schedule which charts the progress of construction on a weekly basis. Critical path scheduling helps our project managers, trades and suppliers to properly schedule material orders and labor allocation in order to meet your set move in date.
As a complimentary service to ensure a comfortable and fun process, each client is accompanied by our selections coordinator (Liz Mayhew) to walk them through the entire selections process. From plumbing to lighting fixtures all the way down to door hardware and cabinet knobs, Liz is blessed with the skill of pulling it all together to create a cohesive flow throughout the home and staying true to the style of home designed and envisioned by you, the client.
In order to keep the process comfortable for out of town clients, each client receives a username and password where weekly pictures are posted to an interactive personalized section of our website. Enjoy the construction process from miles away in the comfort of your own home with the peace of mind of seeing your home being built via pictures.
Each client is appointed a project manager for their job. While each member of the Jeffcoat Team oversees your project, the project manager is always onsite mandating quality control which is the Hallmark of a Randy Jeffcoat Builders custom home.
