Material Price Increases

The first round of price increases this year from our suppliers have ranged from 7-10% on commercial roofing, metal roofing, and vinyl siding. Steep slope roofing has increased 12% or more as well during this period. We have been experiencing these increases since the first of April and now manufacturers have announced another round of increases for May. We fully expect prices by June to potentially be as much as 22-25% higher than prices in March for roofing materials. (ABC Supply Company, Inc.)
